My name is Olga and I have been practising natural therapies since the beginning of 1997.








































































My clients come from different walks of life and are of varied age (from as young as 6 through to late 80's).

I hold a holistic approach to healing. This means that while addressing a presented symptom(s) I also look for an underlying cause(s) within a whole body (physical, mental, emotional) in order to facilitate a healing with the most beneficial outcome in the given circumstances.
I may also offer some suggestions which in my opinion could accelerate the healing process by providing a more appropriate and complete support. However it is always up to the client to decide on their healing protocol.

I regularly undertake additional studies to improve and broaden my knowledge and skills. I do this not only for my clients' benefit, but also out of a personal commitment to my own well-being.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Parkinson's, MS, cancer, fibromyalgia
find therapies offered by me to be of benefit to their well-being.


From therapies practised by me, Reflexology and Jin Shin Jyutsu seem to offer the most support.

Pregnancy time
With the exception of Metamorphosis, all other therapies are great in helping your body adjust to all the changes taking place from the conception until the birth time. Extra care is always taken to prevent any potential situations that may not be in your and your baby's best interest.

I have been practising natural therapies for over 15 years and I am happy to share my knowledge through presentations, workshops or one on one teachings.

Remedial Massage
is a deeper and firmer form of massage, which facilitates relief of musculo-skeletal tension and pain and improves general mobility of affected joints. It improves blood circulation and also stimulates the lymphatic system.

Remedial massage helps to alleviate:

  • back, neck and shoulder pain

  • whiplash, frozen shoulder, tennis/golfer’s elbow, sciatica

  • hip, knee, foot and much more...

Regular body massage enhances health and vitality

The benefits of Remedial Massage can be further increased through the application of appropriately selected essential oils.

is the ancient technique of applying appropriate pressure to the reflex areas on the feet. It is based on the principle that there are reflex areas on the feet that correspond to all major organs, glands and body parts. Similarly with the hands, ears and face.

Reflexology is very effective for stress release and relaxation.

Furthermore, regular reflexology
improves functioning of all bodily systems and works towards the internal balance of the body by alleviating stress induced symptoms and many other health imbalances such as:

  • headache, migraine

  • menstrual cycle problems, fertility

  • high blood pressure

  • chronic fatigue syndrome

  • muscular and emotional tension

  • insomnia, depression, anxiety

  • poor circulation, fluid retention

  • digestive system disorders and much more...

The level of improvement varies from person to person. Nevertheless, everyone benefits from a series of reflexology sessions.

Reflexology increases our self awareness,
allowing us to better understand and act upon our physical and emotional needs, making our life more healthy and enjoyable. 

Lymphatic Drainage
...is a technique used to stimulate functions of the lymphatic system.

It assists the body with recovery from:

  • cold, flu

  • operation

  • sports or other injury

Lymphatic Drainage can be of benefit if you experience:

  • immune system deficiency

  • sinusitis, bronchitis, fluid retention

  • fatigue, headaches, migraines

  • heartburn, reflux, gout

  • arthritis, rheumatism

  • acne, eczema, psoriasis

It can also reduce fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome symptoms.

Jin Shin Jyutsu
...is the ancient Japanese art of harmonising life energy, revived by Master Jiro Murai of Japan in the early 1900's and then passed onto Mary Burmeister in the 1940's.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is based on the existence of 12 pairs of Body Function Energies within our body, which are accessed through 26 Safety Energy Locks situated in different areas on the body.
The 26 specific points mentioned above can be used individually or in combination by placing the fingers or hand directly over the appropriate point to unlock the flow of life energy within the body and allow for the healing on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. 
I am happy to share with you some simple self help routines as well as prepare for you a more comprehensive flows for a specific health issue you may wish to address.

Energy Healing
...is facilitated through the laying on of hands. It is also known as Spiritual Healing and in its aim is similar to Reiki.
Its main purpose is to enhance the life force “Qi?/b> through clearing the energy blocks within the body in order to restore the internal flow of “Qi?and overall well-being

Energy Healing can help to:

  • resolve emotional issues

  • decrease stress, depression and anxiety

  • accelerate the healing process and recovery from the physical ailments

...was developed in the early 1960's by Robert St. John (Naturopath, Reflexologist).
The art of Metamorphosis is facilitated by a gentle touch (or no touch) along the spine and/or spinal reflex areas located on the feet, hands and head. These represent the prenatal period containing stress patterns originated in the moment of conception thus influencing our attitude to life and ourselves.

Metamorphosis facilitates a change in the attitude of mind
allowing us to recreate an inner balance followed by the release of symptoms of either physical, emotional or behavioural nature

TRE (trauma and tension release exercises)
is Dr. David Berceli's revolutionary tool for everyday stress, anxiety or trauma. TRE is a set of six simple exercises facilitating a release of muscular tension resulting from the current or past stressful life situations and other traumatic experiences by evoking a muscular shaking process in the body.

The exercises are easy to learn and in 1 to 3 (one on one) sessions you will gain a valuable self care tool for life!

Kit Laughlin's Stretches for Tension Release and Muscular Balance
These stretches have a different purpose than the warm up/down or strengthening type of stretches that you are more familiar with. They help to release the tension held by your muscles and at the same time correct any muscular imbalance that you may have.

Muscular balance is very important in minimising wear and tear of your joints and allowing your body to move with greater ease.

This type of stretching helps to:

  • improve posture and maintain healthier joints

  • decrease musculo-skeletal pain

  • improve physical performance

  • increase energy level

  • improve voice projection, breathing, digestion

  • increase oxygenation of blood, organ nourishment

  • improve functioning of the lymphatic system and thus elimination of waste products as well as strengthening of the immune system

Stretches are taught one on one. During each session you will learn two to three stretches appropriately selected to address your body's needs. This takes approx. 30 min. and it is usually combined with a 1 hr session of remedial massage or other preferred by you therapy. It is up to you to decide how many stretches you wish to learn and frequency of your stretch learning sessions, though from my experience two weeks gap is advisable for greater benefit.
